The health care you need from anywhere!
Dear Patients,
We are pleased to offer healthcare services beyond our clinic walls, allowing you to connect with the clinicians you know and trust from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
While in-person visits remain essential, many health concerns—including colds, rashes, headaches, and bladder infections—can be effectively managed through video consultations. Your provider will determine whether a telehealth ( virtual ) or in-person appointment is best suited to provide you with the highest quality of care.
Please contact us if you would like to schedule a virtual visit or learn more about our remote services.

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering virtual WIC and Enrollment appointments as well.
